A Training Administrator's primary responsibility is coordinating the training schedule, maintaining employee training records in house as well as in ISNetworld, assisting our New Hire Orientation Instructors and Training Center Instructors. Maintain and develop Training SOP's, rosters, employee certifications, distributing certification cards and stickers to employees upon completion of training.

Participating in audits by gathering employee training records and responding to proposals that request an overview of our Training offering.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare, create and maintain a consistent training schedule for training center activities
  • Review Training calendar to ensure the employees are confirmed and the instructors are aware of who is attending training
  • Contact attendees and department representatives about training program
  • Assist in preparing classroom and facility for training
  • Maintain a positive influence on participants encouraging study and preparation to pass required lessons taught
  • Understand MBI, regulatory, and customer training requirements per standards
  • Verify trainees follow schedule of topics and work within time frame allotted
  • Assure rosters and evaluations are distributed and collected, with signatures, each day
  • Maintain and file paperwork
  • Relationship Management
  • Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms and visual aids
  • Must be able to work with other instructors and students to answer related questions
  • Review daily paperwork for accuracy
  • Review student progress and make recommendations in detail to training manager, in writing if necessary
  • Attend weekly planning meeting

Required Skills

Knowledge and certifications in the following areas:

  • Understanding of basic OSHA and other regulatory safety requirements
  • ISNetworld
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Microsoft SharePoint
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Must possess strong communication skills
  • Must be well organized to ensure employee paperwork is maintained and filed accurately 
  • Must be able to lift 20 pounds multiple times during the day
  • Ability to accommodate periodic travel to outlying company locations
  • Adhere to Company policies and work requirements
  • Must have flexibility in work schedule.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions in a fast paced and high stress environment.
  • Must possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work with current and potential customers, both internal and external.

2 year Associates degree or 2 years relevant industry experience
